Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, providing step-by-step guidance when necessary.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or management.
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer experience.
Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.85
