Location: North Cadbury, Somerset
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 4pm - 12am

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting Cheese Cutting Operatives to join a busy production facility in North Cadbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling food products.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Operating cutting machinery to portion cheese to specification

  
  

• Bagging, weighing, and sealing cut products ready for dispatch

  
  

• Lifting and handling blocks of cheese up to 25kg

  
  

• Working in a chilled environment (PPE provided)

  
  

• Following all hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations

  
  

• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and compliant

  
  The Ideal Candidate

  • Comfortable working in a chilled food production environment

    
    

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely

    
    

  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred

    
    

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    
    

  • Reliable, flexible, and a team player

    
    

  • Own transport or reliable means of travel to site (due to rural location)
