Chef de Partie – PontefractSalary: £13.85 per hour
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off | 7:00am – 6:30pmJoin a premium site where food isn\\'t just fuel – it\\'s an experience. As Chef de Partie, you’ll bring passion, precision, and personality to every plate, helping shape a dynamic food offering across breakfast, lunch, tea, and late-night service.Your Main Ingredients (Key Responsibilities):
  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals across all day parts

  • Support preparation for night service

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards meet Eurest and legal requirements

  • Work closely with the site kitchen team (13 Compass staff, 1 direct report)

The Perfect Cut (Ideal Candidate):

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a high-volume or contract catering setting

  • Chef qualifications (NVQ or similar)

  • A keen eye for detail and presentation

  • Able to thrive under pressure and deliver consistently high standards
