Description
The Estate Services Quality Assurance Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery within our estate management framework. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols across various estate services. As a key member of our team, the officer will conduct regular audits, reviews, and assessments of services offered, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with estate managers and service teams to identify areas for improvement, facilitate training sessions, and promote best practices in service delivery. Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for estate services.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Analyze service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with estate managers to develop training programs aimed at enhancing service quality.
Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and present recommendations to management.
Serve as a point of contact for feedback from residents and stakeholders regarding service quality.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices among service staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, quality management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within service delivery sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and presentations.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.45
