The Opportunity
Immediate starts available with a rapidly growing client working in partnership with Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment! We’re looking for several Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre located in Newton, Nottinghamshire (NG13). This is a temporary role with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Client
Our client is one of the UK & Channel Islands’ largest Garden Centre groups, offering a fresh and inspiring approach to home and garden retail. The Job:
• Fixed shift: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00)
• Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Manual handling and stock movement
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Free on-site parking
About You:
• Reliable and punctual – your team counts on you
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
• Confident using hand-held scanners (training provided if needed)
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
