A family living in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for an international full-time live-in nanny to join their home and care for their toddler and three school-aged children. This is a role for someone who brings a calm presence, a sense of adventure, and a genuine passion for early childhood development. The children speak both English and French, so the family is ideally looking for a native English speaker with a solid understanding of French. A Montessori-inspired approach is appreciated, as is someone who can blend structure with creativity—organising museum trips, encouraging learning through play, and offering thoughtful educational support.
The nanny will need to be flexible: one weekend of work per month is expected, along with regular travel—about one week every two months—to destinations like Spain and France, so holding an EU passport is essential.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 8:00 am, 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, and 3:20 pm to 8:00 pm
Accommodation: Private en-suite room
Duties include:
preparing healthy meals for the children,
school runs,
planning and supervising playdates,
taking them to the park and playgrounds,
playing active games with them,
arts and crafts,
messy play,
laundry,
ironing,
cleaning up after the children's meals,
ensuring toys are put away and play areas are tidy,
getting the children ready for bed by helping them to brush their teeth and change into their pyjamas.
There’s no pet care involved, but the family has a Cavalier King Charles dog, and there is a pool on the property, so confidence in swimming is important. They need someone who can start as soon as possible.
