Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager ready to lead a purpose-driven residential care home? A fantastic opportunity is now available to join a well-established specialist service supporting adults with autism, where person-centred care, independence, and dignity are at the heart of everything.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers the chance to make a real impact by leading a dedicated care team and delivering high-quality, compassionate support in a safe and inclusive environment. What You’ll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience as a Registered Home Manager in a residential or specialist care setting
- A deep understanding of autism, complex needs, and person-centred support
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety best practices
- A proactive and compassionate approach to care

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring effective, person-centred care
- Lead, support, and develop a skilled care team, promoting a culture of empathy, dignity, and inclusion
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements, and care regulations
- Develop and maintain individualised care plans that promote independence and life goals
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Champion continuous service improvement through effective leadership and innovation
- Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy, ensuring operational and financial efficiency
