Are you a confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves the challenge of sales? Do you have a natural flair for building relationships and delivering exceptional service?
Search is looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial division, specialising in Front of House and Concierge recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and build your own client and candidate base from day one.
You'll be working alongside premium clients to source exceptional candidates across London - Placing receptionists, guest services teams, hosts and concierge staff into high-end roles.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and grow your own client base through proactive B2B sales, networking and business development.
* Build long lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Source high-calibre candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, advertising and referrals.
* Conduct engaging interviews to match candidates with suitable roles, ensuring an exceptional fit for both clients and candidate.
* Manage the full recruitment process - from candidate registration and vetting, to placement and ongoing support.
* Become a market specialist in Front of House & Concierge recruitment, known for your results and professionalism.

* A strong passion for sales and business development, with experience in hitting and exceeding KPIs.
* Natural relationship building skills, able to influence and engage with clients and candidates at all levels.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
