About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Coordinating and administering all internal and external examinations, including invigilation arrangements
Ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and maintaining the security and integrity of exam materials
Managing exam entries, seating plans, timetables, and results day logistics
Supporting the collection, input, and analysis of assessment and performance data using the Academy’s MIS (e.g. Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom)
Assisting with the generation of reports, student targets, census data and statutory returns
Providing general administrative support and contributing to the wider Academy team
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with:
5 A*- C or 9-5 at GCSE including English and Maths.
Strong administrative and ICT skills, especially MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Access, as well as Explorer and databases.
Experience of managing and developing school MIS software and data systems, such as SIMS/Bromcom/Arbor.
Experience of producing accurate data for reporting and assessment.
The ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and professional manner
A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
