Your Key Responsibilities

As a leading Independent Hospital Matron / Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading nursing services across wards, outpatient departments, and operating theatres

  
  

• Driving standards in clinical governance and infection control

  
  

• Overseeing CQC compliance and upholding patient safety

  
  

• Supporting multidisciplinary teams in neurology, radiology, pathology, and surgical services

  
  

• Inspiring, developing, and mentoring the wider nursing workforce

  
  

• Contributing to strategy, innovation, and operational leadership

  
  

• Ensuring the hospital delivers excellence in ABI and neuro care

  
  Requirements – You MUST Have:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with full NMC registration

    
    

  • Substantial experience in ABI and neuro rehabilitation or neuro care

    
    

  • Proven leadership as an Independent Hospital Matron, Clinical Lead, or Nurse Manager

    
    

  • Strong background in surgical, medical, and rehabilitative services

    
    

  • Experience in rota management, audits, and regulatory frameworks

    
    

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across clinical and non-clinical teams

    
    

  • Strategic thinking and operational understanding of private healthcare models

    
    

  • Passionate about high standards, transformation, and team morale
