Staff Nurse (Nights) – £20.50 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time

As a Staff Nurse (Nights), you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care throughout the night, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and supported. Working closely with the care team, you’ll lead by example and maintain clinical standards while creating a calm and respectful night-time environment.
What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
- Previous nursing home experience is essential
- A calm, compassionate, and confident approach to care
- Ability to work independently overnight while being a supportive team player
- Good communication and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care during night shifts

- Provide leadership and guidance to care staff on shift
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency of care
