As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.
Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.
What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!
Joining us as a Senior Commercial Manager
You will manage all commercial aspects of our products across the consumer, business, government, and mobile sectors. You will also develop pricing propositions and incentives that support CityFibre’s commercial objectives, driving network penetration and connections growth while managing and maintaining our price book.
You’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
Take ownership of all commercial elements, including pricing strategy, marketing incentives, and tactical promotions, providing clear leadership in this space
Manage and maintain pricing rate cards across the full CityFibre portfolio, ensuring pricing remains competitive and aligned with commercial objectives
Develop and implement pricing analysis, scenario modelling, and proposition strategies to drive customer uptake and network growth
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Trading, and Marketing teams to develop pricing for new services, manage the marketing incentive budget, and support bid opportunities to maximise sales
What you’ll bring to the role
You will have experience in telecommunications with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You’ll also have:
Strong experience in developing and managing pricing strategies, rate cards, and commercial propositions across multiple customer segments
Proven ability to analyse pricing data and market trends, using scenario modelling to inform decision-making and drive commercial outcomes
Demonstrated experience in managing marketing incentives or promotional budgets to support customer growth while ensuring value for money
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver commercial initiatives from idea to execution
