Are you a natural leader with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences? The Osborne Hotel is seeking a proactive, hands-on Head Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping team.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our hotel. From guest rooms to public areas , ensuring every guest feels welcome, relaxed, and impressed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing the full operation of the Housekeeping Department
Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times
Leading from the front, a hands on approach is essential
Conducting regular room and facilities inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness standards
Managing stock levels and ordering supplies with monthly stock checks
Maintaining accurate housekeeping records and safety check reports
Enforcing COSHH, Health & Safety, and key control procedures
Collaborating closely with Hotel Management to improve service delivery
Training and motivating your team to exceed guest expectations
What We’re Looking For
Previous housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Comfortable working weekends and being flexible with shifts
A reliable, committed, and team-oriented attitude

Experience:
Senior housekeeping: 2 years (preferred)
