Crynodeb
The Control Room is at the core of our organisation as it is the hub through which a majority of all the communications between our clients, third party contractors and our Field Agents are routed. It is also where the bulk of the recording, management and distribution of our operational data happens including the receipt of all instructions and the planning for and management of almost all live operations.
Full training will be provided.
Applications are to be welcomed from anyone who believes they are suited to the role, although previous work-related experience, ideally in enforcement / security / police or similar will be advantageous. The successful applicant is likely to possess skills and capabilities to fulfil some, if not all the below requirements:
• Speedy, accurate and efficient handling of enquiries from clients by telephone and email.
• Provide effective support to field-based colleagues and third-party suppliers.
• Plan, organise, and prioritise work and daily staffing schedules.
• Provide accurate and timely briefing and debriefing of operational (field based) staff, ensuring a consistent, professional, and disciplined approach to all field-based work.
• Communicate work status to clients by telephone and email.
• Prepare and provide technical and legally required documentation when required.
• Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all data for individual jobs.
• Maintain client and work-related confidentiality.
• Government DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criteria met.
• Checkable employment record.
