The Growth Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Co-ordinator who will support the HR Service Desk Team Leader in delivering high-quality HR services across the Growth Company. Key responsibilities include quality-checking HR Co-ordinators’ work, offering feedback, acting as an HR subject matter expert, and managing HR systems and metrics reporting.

This is a fixed term contract until September 2026

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily quality checks on HR Co-ordinators’ work, offering feedback and acting as a subject matter expert.
Serve as the first point of escalation for complex HR queries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
Monitor team performance, support achievement of key objectives, and deliver training as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle changes and payroll data, resolving issues proactively.
Produce and analyse HR reports and metrics to support business units and HR Business Partners.
Contribute to HR projects, maintain efficient systems and processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Proactive team player with hands-on HR experience and a willingness to learn.
Able to handle sensitive matters with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Calm, flexible, and professional under pressure, with a positive attitude toward change.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, take ownership, and align with GC values.
Skills Required

Proven HR experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and skilled in data management and reporting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
