Located in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay, Henderson House Care Home offers high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 60 residents. What We Offer
- £12.70 per hour
- Contracted to 33 hours per week
- Paid PVG, pension, free uniform, and onsite parking
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily routines, promoting independence, and helping to create a warm and friendly home environment. You will follow individual care plans, assist with mobility, nutrition, and personal care, and work closely with nurses and families to ensure every resident receives personalised, dignified support. From daily chats to meaningful activities, your presence will make a lasting difference.
What We’re Looking For
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) preferred
- Ideally at least 6 months of care experience
- A kind, caring, and respectful attitude
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
