Job Title: Extrusion Setter – Corrugation (Nights)
Location: West Bromwich
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (48 hours per week)
Salary: £40,560
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Overview:
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Corrugation Extrusion Setter to join a successful and growing manufacturing facility based in the West Bromwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent night shift role with excellent long-term prospects, training, and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Set and operate corrugation extrusion machines
✅ Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of tooling and equipment
✅ Inspect incoming and outgoing parts and materials to ensure quality standards
✅ Accurately record production and quality data
✅ Maintain clean and organised work areas in line with 5S standards
✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report any concerns promptly
✅ Perform other duties as required by the team leader or supervisor
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Previous experience setting and running extrusion corrugation machines
✔ A proactive, team-focused approach with strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to meet production targets while maintaining high quality
✔ A safety-conscious mindset with good communication skills
✔ Flexible and committed to long-term shift work
