Activate Learning are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Progress Coach Team Leader to coordinate and support a dedicated team delivering impactful personal development coaching to 16-19-year-old learners across Surrey.About the role:In this dual role, you'll split your time between leading a team of Progress Coaches (50%) and delivering high-quality, learner-focused coaching sessions (50%). This balance allows you to lead by example, maintain hands-on impact, and retain your practitioner credibility.Working closely with our Head of Personal Development and Regional Leaders, you'll play a strategic role in embedding coaching excellence across faculties. You’ll build strong partnerships with teaching teams to ensure personal development is a core part of the learner journey, and Progress Coaches are effectively deployed to support this.This is a full time, permanent position based in Surrey.
