Job objectives and responsibilitiesEnsure the Compliance standards are met for all buildings as required under contractTo take a lead role in the day to day management of the siteTo provide support to the Account Manager as requiredTo liase with Sub Contractors, customers and any other stakeholdersThis role is site based at Dunfermline
Main dutiesTo carry out PPM and Reactive works in line with skills set/qualificationsTo fully utilise and understand the customers contract specific systems, giving training and guidance to others as requiredEnsuring the successful management of the Hard FM services element as outlined within the contractual documentsManagement of any visiting sub contractors, including carrying out regular contractor auditsIssuing of permits and risk assessments where requiredTo provide support, leadership and guidance for other engineers/operatives as requiredEngaging with customer and sub contractors to provide quotes for additional works in line with contract requirementsEnsuring that all contractual KPI's and SLA's are met in line with the contractTo ensure a proactive approach is taken to H&S, including reporting on Near Misses and HazardsProvide management information and analysis for external and internal reports as required.To ensure that all statutory and non statutory certification is received, remedials captured and actioned and correctly recordedTo carry out site inspections and site audits as required and that any actions are closed out.Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.All duties carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.To comply with all Health and Safety policies and proceduresTo attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as requiredTo undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
Person SpecificationMust have a recognised trade to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalentProven experience of managing a teamUnderstanding of financial and commercial implications of decision makingProven experience of working at a high level with on site customers in a demanding environmentKnowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.Strong customer care focus.Good communication skillsProactive and flexible approach
