Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of facilities within the assigned area.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for repairs and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage facility budgets, including monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and implement facility improvement projects and strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for facility users regarding maintenance requests and operational issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £18.24
