You will provide person-centred care and support with personal care as well as social activities such as walking, swimming or going to the gym. This will also include planning alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable the individuals to be happy, healthy and successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.

Full and part time hour available
Location:
This service is located in Chartham, Canterbury and is close to the town centre. Providing easy access with off street parking.
About you:
This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference in individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
Full UK drivers licence is required for this role.
