Crowfly is looking for a dependable and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a frontline role in our busy taxi and airport transfer office, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and booking customer journeys
Managing emails, booking confirmations, and account queries
Coordinating driver schedules and updating job logs
Supporting with daily admin duties and internal systems
Multitasking effectively while maintaining high attention to detail
Organising daily workflow and following instructions from team leaders
Maintaining a professional and friendly approach with both customers and drivers
Requirements:
Must be able to travel to Great Missenden or have your own car
Strong multitasking, organisation, and communication skills
Calm under pressure and able to manage a busy workload
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer literacy (email, web systems)
Honest, punctual, and hard-working
Willing to complete a CRB/DBS check
Previous admin, customer service, or dispatch experience is helpful (training will be provided)
Employment Type:
Flexible: PAYE or Self-Employed (Service Contract Basis)
Immediate start available – full or part-time options
