As an accommodation housekeeper, you will deliver a high-quality accommodation experience to all our customers, ensuring that our serviced accommodation is cleaned and presented to a very high standard for our valued guests, making sure their time spent in our properties is a truly 'home from home' experience.
In addition to our tourist properties, Linked Living Liverpool also manages a substantial portfolio of emergency accommodation, which includes duties such as the deep cleaning of properties in between tenant stays.
Main Responsibilities:
• Communicating closely with the admin team on property cleaning and guest requirements.
• Deliver high quality accommodation standards for the guests experience and great first impression.
• Take ownership of your time management and deliver expected cleans within a budgeted time frame.
• Check and report any repairs in the holiday home through the correct communication channel.
• Assisting with property compliance, such as ensuring legal requirements are upheld.
• Display an understanding of Health and Safety and the need for safe methods of working, particularly in relation to COSHH regulations.
• Always ensuring guest satisfaction.
Employment Details:
• 37.5 hours per week (Varies between the hours of 9 to 5, 5/7 days).
• 28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) - pro rata.
• Company phone provided.
• Mobile based around Merseyside (fuel allowance will be provided).

Essential Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a housekeeping/cleaning role.
• Travel is essential, so one of the following is essential:
• Hold a full driving licence and be willing to drive a small company vehicle (must be aged 25 or over due to the restrictions on our fleet insurance).
• Have own vehicle that can be insured for business use (we will cover any additional costs of insuring for business use above the cost of insuring for commuting, fuel costs will also be covered).
Essential Personal Skills:
• Good interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• The ability to work under pressure and react to unforeseen issues in an ever-changing work environment.
• Be proactive with an intuitive approach to tasks and display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, an employment background check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK.
