Crynodeb

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer, to work with a range of Mitie clients within the Local Government and Education Sector, providing all relevant day to day Hard Services activities, including carrying out Planned, Reactive, Quoted and Minor Works on the Building Services Assets, providing an end to end Proactive and Reactive Service to our end line user, ensuring their Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe, Fit and Compliant.



Covering various contracts across Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Derbyshire. Also assisting other contracts if required



You will be responsible for ensuring our Clients Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe Fit and Compliant, through completion of both Planned and Reactive maintenance tasks. You will provide a partnering style maintenance service that ensures all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met, feedback is provided timely to our onsite contacts and colleagues, liaising with both contractors and/ or external suppliers as is required. Systems feedback is mandatory through both Manual (paper) and Digital (mobile) platforms. Basic Reporting, Quoting and Condition Appraisal will be necessary also.



What we are looking for



18th Edition Wiring Regulations

2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent

Electrical Maintenance/ Installation NVQ level 3 or equivalent

Ability to maintain a safe working environment, as per HASAW 1974)

A minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience

Strong understanding of Statutory Compliance in Building Services Engineering

Full, clean driving Licence
