Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional with excellent communication skills and outgoing individual to join our team as a Front Customer Service Representative to work at Grill and Customer service. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and has an exceptional customer serving experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile.
• Assist customers with seating arrangements and take reservations.
• Provide menu information and answer any customer questions.
Prepare and grill a variety of BBQ Burgers
• Ensure proper cooking techniques and maintain consistent quality
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor inventory levels and report any needs for supplies
• Assist in food prep and other kitchen duties as needed
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
• Preferred previous experience in grilling, BBQ, or line cooking is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Passion for BBQ and cooking
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Working Hours:
5 PM - 10 PM THURSDAY - SUNDAY
