Domiciliary Care Manager | £40,000 – £45,000 + Performance Bonuses

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Domiciliary Care Manager to lead, develop, and grow a forward-thinking home care service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care manager with a passion for high-quality, person-centred care and a proven track record in business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of the service and expanding its reach in the community.

The service is dedicated to supporting people to live independently in their own homes with dignity, respect, and compassion. The incoming Domiciliary Care Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and drive sustainable growth through strong leadership and strategic planning.

Working alongside a committed team, you’ll lead by example and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care – essential
  • Proven experience as a Domiciliary or Registered Care Manager
  • Strong background in growing a branch or care business
  • Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and best practices in home care
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive business performance
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care branch
  • Ensure quality and compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC standards
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing care team
  • Identify and implement strategies for growth and increased referrals
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, clients, families, and stakeholders
  • Oversee care planning, staff scheduling, and service delivery
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the service
