Job Title: Gateman/Labourer
Location: Avonmouth
Salary: £15.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Monday 7 July 2025
Harper’s are currently recruiting for a Gateman/Labourer to work on a waste management site in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is a temporary position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work with a supportive team on a busy industrial site.
What We Offer:

- CIS payments optional
- 4 week contract
- Competitive hourly rate
- On-site parking available
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a gateman to manage entry and exit to the site
- Performing general labouring duties as required
- Work independently or as part of team without supervision
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements:
- A valid CSCS card (mandatory)
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Previous experience in a similar role
