What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker for Attleborough Primary School. Our vision is to give everyone the opportunity to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. Hours of work will be in a split shift format as per the job description attached.

These hours may be subject to change due to school events.

We are looking for someone who:-

• Understands the basic principles of site management
• Is able to carry out premises’ inspections and risk assessments
• Has an understanding of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
• Is able to deal with emergencies and problems in a positive and systematic manner
• Take responsibility for the security of the premises, undertaking keyholder responsibilities and is available to answer emergencies outside of regular working hours
• Undertakes an allocated level of cleaning alongside the site cleaners
• Co-ordinate lettings three nights of the week until 8pm
• Has a willingness to take on new challenges and an eagerness to accept responsibility
