Your Role

You will be the first point of contact for face-to-face access to council services and advice. Adding value to the customer experience at receptions within the civic complex by greeting and pro-actively engaging with customers assessing wants and needs, providing information, signposting to services as well as supporting and coaching customers using computers and other systems to ensure access for all to Council services.

You will be friendly but professional, enjoy working with people, and going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. You will be able to work under pressure, at pace and have a logical approach to problem solving. You will enjoy working with a diverse range of people and will always strive to support our residents in the best way possible.
