My client is is undergoing a significant transformation programme and is seeking a Test Lead to take ownership of testing across a major ERP and collections platform implementation.
This is a high-visibility role, working closely with senior business stakeholders, and offers an opportunity to shape the testing landscape across multiple high-impact systems including their ERP and Collections Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead end-to-end testing delivery across a large transformation programme
- Drive UAT planning and execution across business workstreams
- Act as a key point of contact for 3rd party vendors and internal teams
- Guide and influence stakeholders on testing best practices
- Coordinate test preparation, scheduling, reporting, and execution
- Lead by example to promote a culture of quality and delivery excellence
Ideal Experience:
- Experience leading testing on ERP or major platform programmes
- Strong ERP (Finance) testing experience
- Hands-on UAT ownership and team coordination
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in tight test cycles (5-6 weeks)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with collections platforms
- Exposure to test automation tools and environments
- Experience working in regulated sectors
- Ability to coach or guide teams in large-scale delivery environments
