JOB SUMMARY To manage all administrative functions within the programme management team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Support the Programme Leads, by developing and assisting with the implementation of both long- and short-term business plans to meet local, regional and national agendas The post holder will communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across the provider collaborative (system) at service level and at executive board level. The post holder will lead the delivery of specific projects, with oversight from programme leads as required. The post holder will be responsible for collation of national returns and reporting to regional NHSE teams, Provider Collaborative and ICB commissioning teams The post holder will be responsible for delivery of short-term projects, drafting of reports and / or board papers and work/business plans. The post holder will be responsible for managing, maintaining and developing the programme information and document management system.
