Job Title: Vehicle Enhancement Administrator
Location: Hybrid Role (preferably Midlands based - Must be able to travel to BCA Measham if required)
Salary: £28,550
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis)

Main purpose of job:
Reporting in to the Operations Support Manager. To support the Vehicle Enhancement Team with Repair Program day-to-day operations and administration.
Main Responsibilities:
Working as part of the team in the daily administration of:
- AS400 job card records
- Spreadsheet and query handling
- Data analysis and reporting
- RPA report generation
- Ad-hoc support for valet operations.
- Escalate any complex issues to the relevant manager
- Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved in a timely fashion, to all parties’ satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable. Escalate any complex issues to the relevant manager.
- Undertake cross-functional tasks within the Vehicle Enhancement team as necessary to meet operational requirements.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.
Essential Criteria
- Administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
Desirable Criteria
- AS400 experience
