HLTA - South Manchester:

Join a welcoming, single-form entry primary school community in the South Manchester area as a HLTA. They are looking for a dedicated HLTA to join our enthusiastic team from September.

The Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will:
- Deliver high-quality support to teachers and students across various classes
- Plan and deliver lessons to small groups or whole classes under the supervision of the class teacher
- Support pupils with varying needs across all year groups, including SEN
- Create a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment
- Work closely with staff to enhance pupil's educational experiences

Position Details:
- Position: HLTA
- Location: South Manchester
- Type of Work: Temp
- Minimum Rate of Pay: £130 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: Sept 2025
- End date: Ongoing, Long-Term

Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- A valid HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience supporting EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Excellent communication, behaviour and classroom management skills
- A proactive, flexible and nurturing approach to learning support

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
