Crynodeb
We are looking for a skilled production leader to join our fantastic client based in Telford. This is a very hands-on role where you will lead by example.
Reporting into the Production Shift Manager you will work a rotating shift on a weekly basis – 06.00-14.00pm Week 1 and 14.00-22.00pm Week 2. This is a permanent position employed by our client.
Your main responsibility will be to supervise the operation and ensure safe working environments ensuring customer demands are met.
What you will do each day
• Ensure all members of the team follow both Company and Health and Safety policies
• Manage the running of the production line to meet planned volume targets
• Ensure food safety requirements are fulfilled
• Complete paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line
• Give clear guidance and instructions to operators
