Are you a skilled machine operator or production operative looking for your next long-term opportunity? We’re working with a trusted client just outside Grantham who is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join their team. This is located 12 miles outside of Grantham therefore own tansport is essential.
The shifts that are avaialable:
Day Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (13.18 per hour)
Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm – 12:00am Monday to Friday (15.40 per hour)
What You'll Be Doing:
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Supporting general production and manufacturing tasks
• Performing basic quality checks and reporting issues
• Following health & safety procedures on-site
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
What You’ll Need:
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operating
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport is essential due to rural location
• FLT licence preferred – training can be provided for the right candidate
