Are you a skilled and motivated bakery professional ready to rise to the next level in your career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bakery Supervisor to lead our in-store bakery team and ensure the highest standards in product quality, customer service, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence within the bakery section
• Supervise, train, and inspire the bakery team to deliver fresh, high-quality products
• Oversee daily production schedules and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain stock levels, carry out stock rotation, and manage waste effectively
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
• Ensure the bakery area is clean, well-presented, and inviting to customers
About You:
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production supervisory role (Keystore experience a plus)
• Strong leadership, time-management, and communication skills
• Passionate about fresh food and delivering excellent customer service
• Organised, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive and hands-on approach
