As Head of Customer Spaces, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in delivering a forward-thinking, customer-first service aligned with our strategic goals. You’ll lead and inspire teams across Landscaping, Tree Maintenance, Cleaning, and Waste services—around 190 colleagues—ensuring these essential services are delivered to the highest standard.

You’ll focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, managing budgets efficiently, and embedding new teams and services seamlessly. Your work will place customers at the heart of decisions, helping ensure that every outdoor and shared space contributes to a place people feel proud to live.

You’ll also drive transformation, fostering an inclusive, adaptable, and safety-conscious culture where people thrive and services continually evolve.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and empowering large, diverse teams

  • Strong programme and budget management skills

  • Commercial insight and a sound understanding of relevant building and housing regulations

  • Up-to-date knowledge of compliance, legal, and Health & Safety standards

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills

  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach

Additional requirements

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Willingness to complete a Basic DBS check (provided by Bromford)

  • Flexibility to travel across our operational areas
