Chef de Partie - Chelsea, Central London

£15.50 per hour term-time only

25 hours per week, 8.00am to 1.00pm, Monday to Friday

fantastic craft skills and a thorough understanding and knowledge of managing allergens to help us create an outstanding food
offer at our school site in Godalming, Surrey with approximately 240 children on site. You will be reporting into the Chef Manager
at the main school site.

ensuring that our future generations are provided with nutritious and delicious food, while also inspiring them to lead a

As our ideal Chef you will:-

* Have excellent craft skills and some bakery skills/experience
* Have experience of and be competent in managing allergens
* An absolute foodie with a chef background, this is a very-hands on role and you will be required to cook
* Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
* Have good communication skills at all levels
* Exceptional standards in all aspects of food service; attention to detail is vital
* Have comprehensive understanding of managing allergens
* Have the ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
* Experience in Independent Schools or high end B&I.
* Have the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
* Proven track record of continually improving standards and achieving targets is essential




The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
