About the Role
In this role, you will:
Ensure the smooth running of the IDAS MARAC teams across Sheffield and Barnsley.
Provide line management for all MARAC staff across Sheffield and Barnsley.
Oversee data collation and reporting for monitoring purposes.
Manage the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) processes across Sheffield and Barnsley.
Coordinate the organisations response to DARDs/DHRs/SIRs/SARs.
Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Attend meetings, training, and supervision sessions to support continuous improvement.
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
