Due to increasing numbers of children we are currently recruiting 2 Nursery practitioners, Would you like to join our fantastic team of Nursery Practitioners. Come and work in a place where no two days are the same, at wind in the willows we value community, and self improvement.
Our setting is in the Netherton community with a diverse cohort of children so if you play like a pirate and work like a captain, this is the place for you.
*Job Summary*
We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Practitioner to join our OUTSTANDING team at an OUTSTANDING nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education and providing outstanding care to children.
*Responsibilities*
- Drive the nursery's educational program, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Utilise your childcare experience to support and nurture children's development
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children
- Manage daily activities and routines within the nursery
- Implement engaging activities to promote learning and creativity
- Support the leadership team in maintaining high-quality standards
*Qualifications and Skills*
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting is desireable
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Qualifications in Early Years are essential
- Ability to demonstrate your ability to work within a team environment
