Are you an exceptional administrator who likes to work in a small supportive team? Do you thrive within a varied and busy role,
with a can-do approach?
We are looking for a highly organised administrator to take responsibility for the smooth running of meetings, managing projects
and processes and providing support. It is a great opportunity to use and develop your administrative, organisational and project
management skills.
About the Role
You will deliver excellent support for internal Leadership Team meetings, providing scheduling, meeting packs and minutes and
helping to manage the forward planning. You will work with the Director of Governance and Compliance on projects and processes
such as the annual tenant ballot, declarations of interest and recording of policies and procedures, and on procurements as
required.
You will be a key member of the Governance and Compliance Team, working on processes such as signing and sealing, and supporting
colleagues with administration and inbox management as required.
