About the Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant:
• Full-time, long-term role (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–3:30pm)
• Earn up to £550 per week
• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Help deliver engaging activities in Maths, English, and Phonics
• Provide one-to-one or small group support, including for pupils with SEND
• Assist with classroom organisation and contribute to daily routines
• Work closely with class teachers and gain valuable insight into lesson planning and behaviour management
• Excellent preparation for teacher training or postgraduate study
Ideal Candidate – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant:
• A graduate with a 2:1 or above, ideally in Education, Psychology, English, or a related field
• Passionate about helping children learn, grow, and succeed
• Friendly, adaptable, and confident in a classroom environment
• Some experience with children (formal or informal) is desirable
• A strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude
