Are you an experienced Groundworker with kerb laying expertise and a valid Blue CSCS card? We're looking for professionals who take pride in their craft and can deliver high standards on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team on a long-term project.
Role Overview:
You'll be working on a large civil engineering project where precision and efficiency are key. Your primary duties will involve:
- Laying kerbs to tight tolerances and line/level specifications
- Excavation and preparation of footways and roadways
- Working alongside machine operators, engineers, and other groundworkers
- Following health and safety protocols at all times
✅ Essential Requirements:
- Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card - must be valid and verifiable
- Proven experience in kerb laying - at least 2+ years working on construction or highways projects
- Ability to interpret site drawings and levels
- Strong knowledge of groundwork operations including:
- Digging and trenching
- Concrete laying and preparation
- Edging and drainage
- Reinstatement work
Pay & Benefits:
- £16.07 per hour ( PAYE)
