Responsibilities of the Housekeeper Role:

• To make full use of the appropriate equipment and ensure all designated areas are clean, tidy and free from hazards at all times.e.g. trailing wires

• To ensure laundry is sorted in accordance with the manufacturer’s label, and laundered as it should be. Iron these items and return to the resident’s bedroom and put away into the appropriate cupboard/wardrobe etc.

Requirements of the Housekeeper Role:

• Previous experience in Care or housekeeping preferred but not essential
