Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Part-Time Personal Assistant/Administrator on behalf of our client based in in Willesden Green, London.
This is an ongoing temporary role.
Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative office based role is essential
• Experience gained working within the property industry is ideal
• Good telephone manner
• Strong customer service / people skills
• IT literate: MS Office
• Good typng skills
• Flexible approach
The Role:
• Assisting the MD with all general admin office related tasks to include typing of letters and correspondence, updating the database, answering incoming calls.
• Filing, photocopying and all related admin tasks as required.
Hours: 4 days a week, ideally 4 hours per day with flexibility on days/hours
Pay rate (Negotiable) approx £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
