YOLO Recruitment is looking for a competent Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant to work in our client’s team based in Northwest London.
As the successful Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant, you will liaise with retail and trade customers both face to face and on the telephone.
You will handle telephone enquiries for the dealership, order and arrange delivery of parts to the relevant dealerships for collection.
The successful Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant will have:
• Previous experience in parts within the motor trade
• Good knowledge of car parts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Competent looking up parts on the electronic parts catalogue
Hours of the Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant role: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30 – 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
