Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a friendly and proactive Catering Assistant to our team at Bispham Campus. In this role, you’ll help deliver a professional and welcoming food and drink service that enhances the daily experience of our students, staff, and guests.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As part of the catering team, you’ll contribute to the efficient running of the unit. Your main tasks will involve:
Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light refreshments in line with Starbucks standards.
Ensuring food is consistently prepared and presented to a high standard.
Keeping waste to a minimum and accurately recording stock and supplies.
Using kitchen equipment responsibly and following all health and safety procedures.
Managing cash transactions in line with college policies.
Assisting with occasional events or services that may take place outside of regular hours.
