University College Birmingham is currently looking for a candidate that has experience as a skilled front of house operator, someone that can link the kitchen with the restaurant in our brand new Chelmsley Wood Culinary School. You will work with our students to motivate, inspire and support them to help them to gain hands-on experience and learn all the skills that will introduce them to the hospitality industry.
Our state-of-the-art brand-new training restaurant will allow you to enhance and teach your knowledge of skills and expertise and enable you to teach learners the most recent and current practices replicated in the industry.
