Schedule: Full-time, 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotated Saturday once a month

Company Overview: PVM is a leading provider of hire vehicles, offering a wide range of options to meet our customers' transportation needs. With our branch located in Knockholt, we serve clients across the southern region. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Driver Valetor to join our team.
Position Overview: The Driver Valetor (Hire Vehicle Delivery) will play a crucial role in our rental operations by ensuring the timely delivery of hire vehicles to our clients across the designated coverage area. In addition to driving, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicles to uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport rental vehicles to designated locations within the coverage area.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service during vehicle delivery, including explaining rental agreements and answering any questions clients may have.
• Perform valet services, such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles, to ensure they are presented in pristine condition to clients.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routes with the branch manager or dispatcher.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition.
• Communicate any issues or concerns regarding vehicle maintenance or client interactions to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
