MHE Driver / Warehouse Operative
Needwood, Burton on Trent
IMMEDIATE START AVAIBALE:
Due to continued growth and expansion they now have a requirement for a Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis.

• Monday to Friday opportunity (Occasional overtime available on a Saturday)
• Holidays – 5 weeks pro rata, plus stats

• Discretionary Bonus – The bonus rules are reviewed each year. However, 2024 the Monthly Bonus of £190, Annual Bonus of £648. Subject to terms and conditions of the discretionary bonus rules.
• Choice between a medical cash plan or dental plan
• Early Friday Finish
Key Responsibilities:
• Picking, packing, labelling products ready for dispatch
• Using a pick to voice system and warehouse management systems to fulfil duties
• Loading and unloading of vehicles, signing in deliveries
Key Skills:
• Able to fulfil the high levels of dexterity and the repetitive nature of the picking and packing work
• Able to fulfil manual handing tasks in line with H&S limits
• Able to fulfil tasks whilst standing for the majority of a shift
• Experience of using Microsoft computer systems i.e. excel, outlook, word
• Basic level of numeracy
• Team Worker
• Good communication skills
• Conscientious and “can do” approach to work
• Reach truck licence, or counterbalance license with willing to do conversion
• Experience of using warehouse management systems, SAP
Rates of Pay: £12.98-£13.98 per hour depending on experience
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 08:00am-16:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
